SPECIFICATION AND PRICES

1. All products including shipping are priced in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).
2. We make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions on this site are correct and accurate, however we reserve the right to amend specifications and to add or withdraw products without notice.
3. We reserve the right to alter all products pricing without notice. We reserve the right to contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or to refund any over-payment made by you or to cancel your order and make a full refund.

YOUR ORDER

1. When you place an order on our website, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email.
2. Your offer is only accepted by us when we have sent you an email confirming despatch of your order.
3. We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected. If we are unable to reasonably ascertain these details or resolve these issues, a full refund will be made through paypal or with the details provided.

SHIPPING

1. All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.
2. Normal despatch time is 2-5 working days from receipt of order.
3. Where a product is not in stock at the time of order and we cannot effect despatch within 10 working days from order, we will contact you to agree the revised despatch date or offer a full refund of all monies paid.
4. Products despatched to addresses outside Malaysia will normally be delivered within 3-7 working days.
